Brad Fehlberg began his career in 2006 as an Audio-Visual Apprentice, gaining technical expertise and hands-on experience in various sectors such as government, corporate, Tier 1 construction, and higher education. Completing his apprenticeship in 2009, he advanced to Site Supervisor, overseeing projects from small installations to multi-million-dollar construction efforts. By 2013, he transitioned to Project Manager and earned a Diploma in Project Management in 2015.

In 2016, Brad became Head of Projects, leading a 40-member project delivery department, scaling operations further with contractors, and serving on the Leadership team. He developed new processes, systems, and training programs for apprentices while managing national and global projects. He also led a national PMO taskforce, mentoring 15 project managers and participating in a global leadership group focused on best practices and strategic growth.

Under his leadership, the business grew from $15 million to $40 million in annual revenue. He is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management. Over 18 years, Brad has found the greatest fulfilment in mentoring others and fostering a culture of growth and exceptional customer service.
